- Own the day-to-day running of the company — the operational, administrative and compliance work that keeps everything else movingn
- A wide role, not a deep one. In a single week you might:n
- Compare laptop rental quotes against the cost of buying outrightn
- Chase a T-shirt vendor for a delivery daten
- Fill out a client's information security questionnaire with help from our tech teamn
- Update a policy documentn
- Some of it is compelling, some of it is repetitive — all of it matters, and someone has to do it welln
- If you want a fixed, predictable task list, this isn't the role. If you like being the person who figures things out, it's a strong place to start a careern

n Operations and vendor management

- Research options and make recommendations — for example, whether to rent or buy laptops, and what it would cost either wayn
- Find, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for printing, merchandise, welcome kits, office supplies and equipmentn
- Compare quotes on price, quality and reliability, then coordinate orders through to deliveryn
- Handle office logistics and anything else that comes up on the operational side, listed or unlistedn

n Compliance and IT coordination

- Manage ID cards, access and asset recordsn
- Coordinate laptop configuration and device setup with our IT teamn
- Support information security processes and help maintain ISO-related documentationn
- Complete client and vendor security questionnaires, working with technical colleagues to get the answers rightn
- Manage invoices, billing and uploads to client portalsn
