nBudgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis:

- Comparing budget vs. actuals and analyzing variancesn
- Adjusting budgets using billed/unbilled data, invoices, and modelsn
- Finalizing monthly/quarterly/annual expense fluctuationsn
- Rolling forward G&A; budgets and accrual WPsn
- Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for corporate and fund entitiesn

nReporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Preparing financial statement disclosures (e.g., affiliates, tax, gains)n
- Ensuring MoM and QoQ flux reasonablenessn
- Coordinating with AP, Tax, FP&A;, and Audit teamsn




- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data across systemsn
- Reconciling cash accounts and providing lead sheetsn
- Maintaining documentation (bank recs, reports, trackers)n
- Supporting external audit and compliance processesn

nRequired Qualifications
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.n
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, or General Ledger Accounting.n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.n
- Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes.n
- Hands-on experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting.n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial analysis functions.n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.n
