nThis is a project-based role responsible for managing FOP (Field of Play)
nactivities and supporting outreach initiatives. The FOP & Outreach Coordinator will play a
ncritical role in executing operational tasks, running the entire field of play of the tournament, coordinating outreach campaigns, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution of project activities.

n Key Responsibilities:
n• Manage all FOP tournament operations including planning, execution, and monitoring
n• Support outreach activities by coordinating with stakeholders and participant engagement
n• Organize and facilitate on-ground events and activities
n• Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure successful outreach
nimplementation
n• Maintain accurate documentation of FOP activities and outreach metrics
n• Handle participant registration, feedback collection, and data management




n• Communicate project updates and activity reports to project leadership
n• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and quality standards
n

n• Strong organizational and operational management skills
n• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n• Attention to detail and data management proficiency
n• Event coordination and logistical planning experience
n• Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

n Experience & Qualifications:
n• 1-3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or field support
n• Proven experience in outreach or community engagement programs
n• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools
n• Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and field travel.
