Job DescriptionRole Overview
nWe are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Senior Key Account Manager to own the end-to-end MP business for Cult Apparel.
nThe role will own revenue, assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions, advertising, visibility and the Myntra relationship, with a robust focus on profitable growth.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness & P&L;:
n Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets for assigned marketplaces.
n Develop and execute growth strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, media and inventory.
n Monitor account P&L; and identify opportunities to improve revenue and contribution.
nAccount & Commercial Management
n Own the relationship with Myntra category and account teams.
n Build and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP).
n Lead negotiations on Terms of Trade, commissions, marketing investments, promotions and visibility.
n Identify opportunities for incremental growth and platform support.
nAssortment & Inventory
n Own the assortment strategy for Cult Apparel.




n Drive style-level productivity, sell-through, newness and assortment optimization.
n Partner with planning and supply chain to ensure the right inventory by style, colour and size.
n Own sales forecasting and proactively manage stock-outs and excess inventory.
nAds &Growth;
n Hands-on experience with Myntra and Flipkart PLA and other advertising solutions.
n Optimize media investments based on ROAS, TACOS, sales potential and inventory.
n Drive organic and paid visibility through search, merchandising and platform opportunities.
nPromotions & Analytics
n Build the annual promotional and sale-event calendar.
n Own business planning for key Myntra events, including pricing, inventory and visibility.
n Analyse sales, category and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
n Track GMV/NSV, P&L;, sell-through, availability, conversion, ASP, discounts and media performance.
