- Lead the design and development of highway projects from conceptual planning through construction completion, utilizing advanced CAD and engineering software
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis, traffic studies, and feasibility assessments to inform project planning and optimization
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, design drawings,



and construction documentation that comply with Indian and international highway standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with government agencies, municipal authorities, and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
- Oversee construction activities, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving highway engineering standards
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders
