Job Summary

A telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound queries to generate leads, promote products, or assist customers. They play a vital role in connecting a company with its target audience to build relationships and drive sales

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using pre-defined scripts or databases.
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls to resolve queries about company products, services, or pricing.
- Lead Tracking: Document and update customer details, feedback, and interaction history in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-Ups: Call potential or existing customers to schedule appointments, nurture leads, and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily,



weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead conversion, or sale

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Robust persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software and telecommunications tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment is a strong advantage
