JOB DESCRIPTION · Development and execution of comprehensive sales plan to meet companies’ sales objective and optimize market opportunities. · Tactical planning and execution of sales strategies. · Manage sales call ,sales leads, and Demos with hospitals/surgeons. · Build relationships with the Key opinion leaders. · Provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases. · Update sales report on daily activities/events to the management. · Develop Channel partners and work together in achieving the common sales goal · Building and maintaining your own regional network. · Achieving set commercial Objectives. · Visiting the target group of customers. · Prepare monthly sales forecast and take necessary actions to minimize the impact on monthly sales in case variation. · Develops and maintains product line technical expertise and contacts with key surgeons and customers of product responsibility by observing surgery, attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars while gathering competitive information.
