- Role: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Derma-Cosmeticn
- Location: Mumbai (On-site)n
- Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)n
- Budget: Up to ₹40 LPAn
- Ownership: Full P&L; Responsibility (Top-line & Profit Objectives)n

- P&L; Leadership: Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability for the division.n
- Brand Strategy & Launches: Execute effective, creative brand launches and identify new business avenues.n
- Commercial Machinery: Maximize sales force effectiveness, field execution, and strategic marketing levers.n
- KOL Development: Build, nurture,



and leverage strategic relationships with top-tier Dermatologists and Cosmetologists nationwide.n
- Autonomy & Innovation: Exercise high decision-making freedom to build unique portfolios and scale existing brands.n

nCandidate Profile & Qualifications
nMust-Have Criteria:

- n
- 15+ Years overall experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.n
- Minimum 5+ Years dedicated experience in Dermatology / Derma-Cosmetics within a reputed organization.n
- Dual Functional Exposure: Must be either a National Sales Head with marketing exposure OR a Marketing Head with frontline sales management experience.n
- P&L; Track Record: Proven experience driving direct P&L; for a business unit or major brand portfolio.n
- KOL Network: Strong, active relationships with key opinion leaders in Dermatology.n
- Competencies: Strong leadership, independent strategic thinking, and a result-driven mindset.n
