nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead sales activities, generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves regular travel for site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
nKey Responsibilities
nDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
nGenerate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and other sources.
nHandle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
nConduct regular travel for client meetings, property/site visits, and business development activities.
nMeet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
nConduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other details.




nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
nNegotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining company pricing and policies.
nIdentify new markets, projects, and business opportunities.
nMaintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, follow-up records, and revenue forecasts.
nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
nLead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team, where applicable.
