Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Lead Engagement: Execute daily and weekly outreach plans as assigned by the reporting manager, ensuring high adherence to schedules. Conduct outbound calls to provided lead lists to introduce the company, its products, and value proposition. Engage prospects to understand their business needs, requirements, and potential fit. Accurately document all interactions and insights gathered from conversations. Field Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct in-person meetings with interested prospects across the assigned territories (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh). Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through professional and effective communication. Represent the company with professionalism to create a strong and positive first impression. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls and physical meetings/visits.



Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through proactive engagement. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, contact details, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM. Share daily and weekly progress reports with the reporting manager, including lead quality, prospect feedback, and key observations. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in making cold calls and engaging new prospects. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. Positive organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
