The role involves close collaboration with enterprise architects and security teams to ensure robust security controls are implemented to mitigate risks while aligning with business and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also provide technical leadership and drive execution of complex IAM initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement access management solutions for On-Prem & Cloud infrastructure Act as Okta SME, handling architecture, configuration,



and integration Implement and support continuous authentication mechanisms Enable passwordless authentication solutions Perform threat detection, analysis, and remediation in IAM environments Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related technical issues Work with enterprise security teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards Provide technical leadership and support for critical IAM projects Required Skills & Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise in OKTA (Mandatory) Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions Knowledge of continuous authentication frameworks Experience in threat detection & remediation mechanisms Expertise in passwordless authentication technologies Solid understanding of security architecture in hybrid (OnPrem + Cloud) environments Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
