Job Description – Branch Sales Manager (Used Car Division) Hiring for a leading Small Finance Bank Position Details Role: Branch Sales Manager (BSM) – Used Car Locations: Lucknow Kanpur CTC: 8 LPA Vacancies: 1 each location Role Overview The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving branch-level Used Car loan business, managing dealer relationships, supporting sales teams, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities Generate Used Car loan business through dealer and channel networks. Manage and support Sales Officers to achieve branch targets. Build strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and key market stakeholders. Ensure quality sourcing, documentation, and compliance adherence. Monitor branch performance and implement business growth initiatives. Maintain healthy portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Used Car Finance / Auto Loan sales.



Experience in dealer handling and team coordination preferred. Solid local market knowledge and relationship management skills. Ability to drive targets and manage branch-level business operations.
