Regional Head Sr Manager / AVP Zonal Head Job Role One Point Contact for all branches under the Region. Responsible for liaising with branches, AMC RTA and CAMS. Interaction with all key stakeholders. Team Management Skills. Key Responsibilities Managing Branch operations by seamlessly implementing, controlling and Monitoring of Operational processes
in the region. Ensuring high level of accuracy and maintaining highest standards of Servicing. Maintaining Zero deviation to Compliance and Operational guidelines. Ensuring Standard Operating Procedure is
followed by all the branches under the region. Taking initiative in projects. Ideating system enhancement and process improvement. Effective Team building and continuous support and guidance to the team. Effective and precise communication to the branches regarding any new guidelines or regulations. Interaction with key stakeholders to understand and provide solutions to business requirements. Preparing Branch MIS and rating them in various parameters.
Co-ordinating with branches to clear Pending / hold transactions / KYC / Unclaimed Redemption and IDCW. Ensuring all the queries, request and Complaints raised by branches are closed within Turn Around Time (TAT). Clearance of Not in Valuable order applications (NIGO) for NFOs to enable timely allotment of units. Driving SIP Winback activity. Knowledge / Skills / Experience Knowledge: Knowledge of Mutual Fund Operations, Branch processes and Background of Financial services industry.
Skills: Inter and intra-personal relations for effective rapport building and functionality management. Managing team with diverse background. High level of accuracy and eye for detail. Sharp thoughts and Automation.
Experience / Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 8-10 years of work experience in Mutual Fund Operations. Should demonstrate ability to manage team. Should be NISM Certified. Should have latest knowledge on Regulatory guidelines.
