Qualification: MBA (IT/Operations/Supply Chain) or Engineering in IT/Industrial/Operations Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead – COE – Supply Chain to drive the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital solutions across supply chain and logistics functions. The role will act as the primary IT partner for Supply Chain stakeholders and lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Applications & Digital Transformation Manage and enhance Supply Chain applications ensuring high availability, stability, and performance. Lead digital transformation projects across supply chain functions. Act as the primary liaison between IT and Supply Chain business stakeholders. Ensure application support delivery in line with defined SLAs and KPIs. Business Process Enablement Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement digital solutions across: Demand & Supply Planning Procurement & Supplier Collaboration Inventory Management Manufacturing Execution Logistics & Distribution Align application roadmaps with business objectives. Drive process standardization and harmonization across regions.



Promote best practices and challenge legacy processes. Innovation & Technology Leadership Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI-driven planning, Digital Twins, Automation, IoT, and Advanced Analytics. Drive initiatives focused on: Service Improvement Inventory Optimization Cost Reduction Supply Chain Visibility Foster a digital-first culture within Supply Chain operations. Required Skills & Experience Functional & Technical Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Hands-on experience with: SAP MM, PP, SD Blue Yonder (BY) / SAP Ariba EWM, WMS, TMS solutions Strong integration knowledge (EDI, APIs, Middleware). Data analytics and reporting experience. Program and Project Management expertise.
