Position: Manager – Capex and Opex (Engineering and Operations)
Location: Kochi
Qualification:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering
Experience: 7-12 Years in Engineering field & 2 Years in Managerial role in Food /FMCG Induustry
Salary : Upto 7 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Capex and Opex budgets for engineering and operations
* Monitor and control maintenance and operational expenses
* Handle procurement of machines, spare parts, and engineering materials
* Negotiate with vendors and manage AMC/service contracts
* Ensure timely availability of critical spares and optimize inventory
* Implement and improve SAP-based procurement and inventory processes
* Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives
* Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and vendors
* Prepare budget, procurement, and cost-saving reports
* Support TPM, 5S, and TQM activities for continuous improvement
