We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Inventory & Warehouse to oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, stock audits, and material management. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in EMS, Electronics, or Automotive industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and physical verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.




- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Finance teams.
- Lead and develop warehouse and inventory teams.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements:
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory (EMS/Electronics/Automotive preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, warehouse operations, and material management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
