- Product Configuration: Design and build insurance products in Duck Creek Policy using Author and Express (v2/v3) frameworks.
- Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations connecting the policy system to external third-party services using Native and Anywhere APIs.
- Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and actively support QA teams to deliver defect-free code.
- Debugging & Maintenance: Trace and troubleshoot production issues utilizing tools like Trace Monitor and DC Util.
- Data Management: Write SQL queries and execute data fixes using Duck Creek SHRED to maintain database accuracy.
- Documentation: Create and update technical design documents, mapping business requirements to system configurations
