Experience: 9–10+ years (mandatory) Location: Bangalore Primary Skills: DLP Administration Mandatory Expertise: DLP + DSPM CTC: Up to 2 to 2.5LPA (inclusive of margin) Tenure: 6 months Detailed Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and support of DLP solutions using Microsoft Purview or similar platforms Design and execute DLP policies, classification rules, and data protection strategies across endpoints, email, and cloud environments Drive DSPM initiatives, including data discovery, classification, risk identification, and remediation across structured and unstructured data sources Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for DSPM (including AI-driven use cases) and Insider Risk Management (IRM) Monitor, analyze, and respond to data security incidents, alerts,



and policy violations Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data governance and protection frameworks Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of DLP/DSPM controls Ensure alignment with organizational compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience: Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview DLP, DSPM tools, and Insider Risk Management (IRM) Expertise in data classification, labeling, and information protection frameworks Proven experience in handling data discovery, data flow mapping, and risk posture assessment Ability to independently drive PoCs and solution deployment Experience working in cloud environments (O365, Azure, etc.) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills Flexibility to work in US time zone Kindly share relevant and strictly matching profiles as per the above criteria at the earliest.
