The Factory Manager oversees manufacturing operations for custom furniture, joinery, and interior components. The role ensures production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and aligns with project timelines. Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day factory operations (joinery, carpentry, upholstery, finishing, etc.)
• Plan and schedule production based on project deadlines
• Supervise workshop staff, supervisors, and machine operators
• Ensure quality control of all interior fit-out products
• Coordinate with design,



procurement, and project teams
• Monitor material usage and reduce waste
• Enforce health & safety standards in the factory
• Maintain machinery and ensure proper functioning • Track productivity and implement process improvements Required Skills
• Robust knowledge of joinery, woodwork, finishes, and materials
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
