Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop a team of digital insurance advisors/agents. Drive life insurance sales through digital and online lead-generation channels. Manage and support advisors in converting digital leads into business. Monitor advisor productivity, sales performance, and target achievement. Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and online training sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors. Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through digital platforms. Guide advisors on using digital tools, CRM systems, and online sales processes. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations. Analyze sales reports,



lead conversion ratios, and team performance metrics. Support customer onboarding and provide after-sales service assistance. Desired Profile Graduate in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, Agency, or Digital Sales. Solid communication and team management skills. Comfortable with digital tools, online meetings, and CRM platforms. Ability to recruit and motivate advisors. Target-driven and customer-focused mindset. Good presentation and relationship management skills.
