Required Skills & Experience

- Core Experience: 610 years in Software Development, with 1+ years in a tech leadership role.
- Mobile Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK. Professional knowledge of Swift is a significant advantage.
- Embedded C++: Solid hands-on experience in C++ (C++14 or higher) for hardware-software integration (NDK/JNI, POS logic, or Soundbox firmware).
- Architecture: Deep knowledge of MVVM/MVI patterns and building modular, white-labelable mobile frameworks.
- AI-Equipped: Proven experience using AI-driven development tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.AI-Driven Development: Champion the use of AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
