RATNAMANI METALS AND TUBES LIMITED MANPOWER REQUIREMENT Job Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Department: Commercial Job Location: Ahmedabad (Corporate Office) Education Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.B.A) Post Graduate (PGDM in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain) Experience: 10 to 15 Years Salary: Upto 15 LPA Key Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) for all licensing, policy, and compliance matters • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of DGFT regulations, procedures, and online systems • Handle preparation, monitoring, and closure of licenses such as: o Advance Authorization Licenses o EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) Licenses o DFIA (Duty Free Import Authorization) Licenses • Ensure timely redemption/closure of licenses in compliance with regulatory requirements • Coordinate with Regional Licensing Authorities (RLA) for issuance, amendments,



and renewals of licenses • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and Handbook of Procedures (HBP) and ensure organizational compliance • Oversee and validate customs documentation, including import/export documentation, shipping bills, bills of entry, etc. • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, compliance) to ensure seamless documentation and regulatory adherence • Manage audits, queries, and notices from DGFT and customs authorities • Track regulatory updates and implement changes in internal processes accordingly • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all licenses and transactions. Required Skills / Exposure Robust understanding of: • Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) & Handbook of Procedures (HBP) • DGFT portal and licensing systems • Customs laws, ICEGATE, and documentation processes • GST implications on imports/exports
