Instrumentation & Control Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management (Projects & Operations). Candidate must have an engineering background (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical / Automation preferred) to understand technical discussions and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Technical & Management Meetings
- Calendar management & priority scheduling
- Coordination with project, design & site teams
- Client meeting scheduling & visit coordination




- Follow-up on project timelines, reports & documentation
- Assisting VP in technical presentations & internal reviews
- Vendor & stakeholder coordination

Key Requirements:

- Engineering Degree/Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Good understanding of technical terms & project flow
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, presentable & qualified approach
