This is a Fixed-Term-Employment position based in Mumbai, covering Mumbai Suburban and Navi Mumbai. - Qualifications and SkillsNurses qualification with a recognized nursing degree or certification (GNM, Bsc Nursing) is mandatory.
- A thorough understanding of general nursing principles and patient care practices.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver patient-centered care.
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families,



and medical professionals.
- Knowledge of up-to-date healthcare practices and commitment to continuous learning.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills.
- Required skills include Nursing, ANM, and Msc Nursing with proficiency in industry standards.
- Must have skills include Nurses, GNM, Bsc Nursing (Mandatory skill).

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions to healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians or according to the plan of care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic environment that supports patient care and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare services.
