Project Manager- Mobile Banking (Scale 3-4) Job description: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the transformation of our mobile banking platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, comprehensive expertise in agile methodologies, and a distinguished track record in overseeing medium to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the digital banking sector. This individual should excel in fostering collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders while seamlessly coordinating efforts with a dynamic, cross-functional PMO team. Minimum Experience: 4–5 years' experience in managing medium to large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably within the digital banking domain. Experience working as part of a PMO team is preferred. Prior experience in managing agile pods. Skill Sets: Postgraduate or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least 50% marks. Advanced knowledge of agile methodology and project management principles. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and documentation. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills. Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of digital banking platforms and technologies. Key Deliverables / KRAs: Lead the strategic enhancement of the mobile banking platform, ensuring all project objectives align with organizational goals and customer expectations. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure the achievement of critical project milestones. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success while developing contingency plans. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout all project phases. Champion an agile and adaptive work workplace, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes, implementing changes as necessary to optimize results.
