Good to have [expertise in designing scalable learning strategies, soft skills, managing end-to-end onboarding, driving operational excellence, and ensuring knowledge governance across processes], Stakeholder Management, data-driven decision-making, etc. Job Title: Learning & Development Trainer TL – This will be an Individual Contributor Role Location: Bangalore, India Department: Learning & Development Reports To: DGM – L&D; Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced L&D; Team Lead with exceptional communication skills in English to support new business transitions and manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) training needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance workforce capability and ensure smooth onboarding during transitions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and willing to work in shifts. Key Responsibilities: Transition Support: oPartner with transition teams to understand new business processes and training requirements. oDevelop and deliver training programs for new hires during business transitions. oEnsure knowledge transfer and documentation of processes for seamless integration. BAU Training:
oConduct regular training sessions for existing employees to maintain and enhance skills. oUpdate and refresh training content based, knowledge gaps, on process changes and business needs. oMonitor training effectiveness and implement improvements. oCollaborate with Central L&D; Team on Career Path projects and Learning initiatives that need to be driven within the Operations Teams. Content Development: oCreate engaging training materials, job aids, and e-learning modules. oEnsure content aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Management: oCollaborate with business leaders, HR, and operations teams to identify skill gaps. oProvide insights and recommendations for continuous learning initiatives. Reporting & Evaluation: oTrack training attendance, completion, and effectiveness metrics. oPrepare reports and present outcomes to leadership teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate degree (any but preferably in HR, Education, or related field). Experience: o5-7 years in L&D;, training delivery. oExposure to transition projects and BAU training in corporate environments. Skills: oExcellent verbal and written communication in English. oStrong facilitation and presentation skills. oAbility to design and deliver training for diverse audiences. oAnalytical skills oProficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools. Behavioural Competencies: oAdaptability, stakeholder management, and problem-solving. Preferred: Experience in IT/ITES or shared services environment. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
