- Plan and drive the organization-wide wellness calendar and initiatives (physical, mental, preventive health)
- Design and implement wellness programs, workshops, campaigns, and engagement activities
- Conduct employee need assessments and continuously refine offerings based on feedback and data
- Partner with HR, business teams, insurers, and external vendors for seamless execution
- Drive employee participation and engagement through effective communication and campaigns
- Track and report wellness metrics (participation, impact, outcomes) and ensure program effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and program delivery standards
- Stay updated on wellness trends and best practices and introduce relevant initiatives
