Bancassurance strategy & execution

• In charge of executing productive and aggressive business strategies and achieving the budget

• Responsible for the top-line and bottom-line financial numbers

• Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and new items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating

Ratio)

• Designing, implementing and executing strategies for continuous growth

• In charge of the profitability management of the zone

• Periodic reviewing of team performance and setting agendas

• Responsible for managing a volume of 10 Crore

• Responsible for the training needs of the team

• Ensuring ample manpower requirements

• Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition

• Accountable for the increase in Gross written Premium, Market share

• Responsible for attending the High Net-worth Individuals (HNI)

• Responsible for sourcing business from all the products that they manage as per the budget





• Responsible for approximately direct reporting of 6 to 7 Sales Managers

Engagement with channel

• Maintaining team and channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the

internal team members

• Increasing engagement with Channel partners through product training, drives or contests and

conducting Indoor/outdoor activities to get the required business numbers

Coordination with internal & external team

• Manage relationship across the bank internally & externally

• Ensure relationship managing between Bancassurance and daily coordination with their internal team

via huddle calls or one to one call

Compliance & Adherence

• Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are

following the required compliance and adherence requirement
