Job DescriptionHiring- Collections Supervisor to manage and oversee collections and cash application operations.
nExperience: 5–8 Years
nQualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CMA
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead workflow for Collections Assistants & Coordinatorsn
- Monitor inboxes, refunds, AR credits, tickets & TATsn
- Drive unallocated cash follow-ups and resolve payment issuesn
- Handle billing discrepancies and client disputesn
- Collaborate with Cash Applications, Billing, Cash Management & Client Servicesn
- Train recent joiners and maintain SOPsn
- Prepare operational metrics and leadership reportsn
nWhat We're Looking For:
n5–8 years of Collections / AR experience
nStrong communication & stakeholder management skills
nAdvanced Excel skills
nExposure to SAP / HighRadius is an advantage
nStrong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
