nAbout the Job:
nWe are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This is primarily a field-based role involving customer interactions, property site visits, and explaining real estate projects to prospective buyers while helping them find the right property.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Explain project details, pricing, offers to prospective buyers.n
- Plan and manage site visits for prospective buyers.n




- Assist customer throughout the sales process and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.n
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, onboarding, and customer support.n
- Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service before and after the sale.n
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and local real estate market trends.n

nRequirements:

- n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad for property site visits.n
- Education: BBA / MBA / any other related field.n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Good spoken English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.n
- Good sales skills with the ability to communicate confidently and convince customers.n
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.n
