n Role Summary
nLifeStyles Healthcare is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure, manufacturing, equipment, and environmental sustainability projects across its global manufacturing network.
n
nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex capital projects involving plant infrastructure upgrades, machinery installation and commissioning, manufacturing expansion initiatives, environmental compliance projects, and operational transformation programmes.
n
nThis role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Global Project teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites and regions.
n
nThe ideal candidate will have significant experience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing industries ,



with a proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering and operational transformation projects.

- Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure, equipment, and manufacturing transformation projects.n
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource allocation.n
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational requirements.n
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities.n

n Infrastructure & Capital Projects

- Manage facility expansion, plant upgrades, utilities enhancement, and manufacturing infrastructure projects.n
- Oversee installation, relocation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.n
- Coordinate with engineering contractors, vendors, consultants, and site team
