Job DescriptionElectrical BIM Modeler with 3-5 years of experience, who can Develop electrical BIM models independently from design drawings to LOD 400.
nResponsibilities
nSet up Revit electrical projects and modeling standards.
nCoordinate models with other disciplines.
nConduct clash detection and prepare clash reports.
nReview junior modelers' work.
nExtract quantities and prepare schedules.
nParticipate in BIM coordination meetings.
nDeliver models according to required LOD (typically LOD 300/350/400).
nQualifications
nB.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
