nWe are looking for a Nutrition Team Lead who is passionate about improving client outcomes through operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous product improvement. This role is responsible for managing a team of nutrition coaches, driving revenue, ensuring high-quality client service, tracking key performance metrics, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall client journey.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Nutrition Coaches.n
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.n
- Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.n
- Identify coaching gaps and implement improvement plans.n
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of recent nutrition coaches.n

nProduct Ownership & Revenue Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, including expired client reactivation, pack renewals, and continuity program conversions etc.,n




- Take end-to-end ownership of the nutrition-led product journey, from onboarding and engagement to retention, renewal, referral generation, and revenue growth.n
- Monitor and drive key business metrics including active users, program adoption, weight-loss outcomes, coach productivity, renewal %, referral conversions, and overall revenue contribution of the nutrition function.n
- Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, Service Ops, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities that improve user experience, retention, upsell, and monetization.n
- Develop and execute revenue growth initiatives such as renewal campaigns, nutrition consult conversions, referral programs, add-on service adoption, and targeted retention interventions for at-risk clients.n
- Analyze client behavior, cohort performance, churn reasons, renewal trends, referral performance, and revenue leakage points to identify actionable opportunities for business growth.n
