nWhat You'll Do

- Call brokers and agency owners who signed up for Realatic's free plan (they already know us)n
- Book product demos with interested prospectsn
- Deliver the demo yourself on screen-share — full training and a ready script providedn
- Follow up on WhatsApp and manage your pipeline in our own CRMn
- Learn directly from the founder and grow into a team lead role as we scalen

nWe're Looking For

- n
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experiencen
- Fluent Hindi + working English (our demos happen in Hinglish)n
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-orientedn
- Own laptop and quiet workspace (if remote)n
