n The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle. You'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and beyond) — turning ad spend into sales and brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode.

- Manage paid ad campaigns end-to-end — setup, testing, scalingn
- Track performance and optimize for ROI and CACn
- Run audience segmentation and A/B testsn
- Build dashboards and campaign reportsn




- Work closely with creative and product teams to keep messaging on-brandn
- Stay sharp on performance marketing trends and platform updatesn

- Solid experience with paid social and search advertisingn
- Comfortable with analytics tools and reading data to make decisionsn
- Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and audience targetingn
- Valuable communicator — can explain numbers simplyn
- Organized, can juggle multiple campaigns at oncen
- Bonus: interest in fashion/lifestyle brands, or experience in the spacen
