nWe are looking for an experienced Design QC qualified with 4–8 years of experience in the residential interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, feasibility, and completeness of interior design drawings and documents before they move to the execution stage.

- Perform end-to-end quality checks of residential interior design projects.n
- Review all types of design drawings and documentation including:n
- 2D drawingsn
- 3D designs and rendersn
- Furniture layoutsn
- Modular kitchen designsn
- Wardrobe designsn
- Living, bedroom, dining and other residential spacesn
- Electrical and lighting layoutsn
- False ceiling drawingsn
- Elevation and section drawingsn
- Detailed working drawingsn
- BOQ / material specificationsn
- Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, measurements, detailing,



functionality and design feasibility .n
- Identify design errors, mismatches, missing details and execution-related issues before the project moves forward.n
- Ensure designs comply with company standards, design guidelines and project requirements.n
- Cross-check drawings, 3D visuals, BOQ and specifications for consistency.n
- Validate material selections, finishes, hardware and design details.n
- Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Estimation and Execution teams to resolve design-related issues.n
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to designers and ensure corrections are completed.n
- Conduct final quality checks before drawings are released for production/execution.n
- Maintain QC checklists and track recurring design errors to improve overall design quality.n
- Ensure designs are practical and executable at site.n
