Position: Alumni Relations Manager

nLocation: JIMS, Kalkaji, New Delhi

nKey Responsibilities
n
nDevelop and maintain a solid alumni network and updated alumni database.
n
nBuild and maintain relationships with alumni across batches and industries.
n
nOrganise alumni meets, reunions, networking events, webinars, and engagement activities.
n
nEngage alumni for guest lectures, mentoring, internships, placements, and industry connect.
n
nCoordinate with Placement, Marketing, and Academic teams for alumni initiatives.
n
nManage alumni communication through email, WhatsApp, social media, and newsletters.
n
nTrack alumni engagement and prepare regular reports.
nIdentify opportunities for alumni partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional support.
n
nQualification & Experience
n
nGraduate/Postgraduate in Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
n4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in alumni relations, corporate relations, PR, or higher education.
n
nExcellent communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
n

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/database management.n
