n Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Plastic / Production / Mechanical or CIPET

n Job Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production (Injection Molding) to manage and optimize injection molding production operations. The role will be responsible for production planning and execution, process troubleshooting, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, quality improvement, and effective management of production manpower.
nThe ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Injection Molding operations and troubleshooting , along with experience in TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, SPC and continuous improvement initiatives.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Production Planning & Execution
n

- Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production plans.n




- Ensure achievement of production, quality and delivery targets.n
- Optimize utilization of machines, manpower and materials.n
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and take corrective actions.n

n2. Injection Molding Process & Troubleshooting
n
- n
- Handle day-to-day injection molding process-related issues independently.n
- Troubleshoot molding defects, machine/process problems and minimize downtime.n
- Ensure proper machine, mold and process parameter settings.n
- Drive process standardization and continuous process improvement.n

n3. OEE & Productivity Improvement
n
- n
- Monitor and improve OEE of injection molding machines .n
- Identify losses related to availability, performance and quality.n
- Reduce rejection, scrap, downtime and COPQ.n
- Improve machine utilization and overall production efficiency.n
