Job Title: Purchase / Senior Purchase Executive Location: Bhiwandi Industry: Manufacturing Department: Purchase Experience Required: 1 – 5 years Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase / Senior Purchase Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor development, and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality supply of materials for our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end purchase process including indent review, RFQ, negotiation, order placement, and follow-up. Source and develop reliable vendors and maintain solid supplier relationships. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, machinery spares, and other requirements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with stores and production teams to avoid shortages. Prepare purchase reports, MIS,



and maintain documentation as per company standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Work closely with accounts and logistics teams for invoice clearance and timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement within manufacturing or related industries. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost control. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferred).
