Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provide a complete solution to customers with regard to color and painting their homes, understanding their requirements and incorporating existing features of their homes
Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products to color their homes
Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week
Consult customers by creating a stress-free and enjoyable experience for paint selection
Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty
Develop a healthy working workplace for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks
Documentation and timely submission of daily reports




Discipline in adherence to work timings
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent English communication and people skills
Orientation to engage with customers and deliver a delightful customer experience
Fluency in English, Hindi or Regional languages
Ability to learn and work with technology applications & software related to home decor
Orientation towards colour and a basic understanding of colour in the home decor space
Ability to learn and work with software applications related to home decor, billing and vendor management, CRM
