business rules, UI policies, and dashboards. Work closely with SOC analysts, Security Analytics, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management teams. Ensure platform performance, documentation, and ServiceNow best practices. Run workshops to clarify needs, write user stories, and translate process into practical configuration. Harden delivery with testing, documentation, and handover that sticks in operations. Guide the roadmap: advise on platform governance, architecture, and incremental value delivery.
