Liquid painting proficiency Production Achievement as per Schedule Manpower handling 5S & Kaizen implement Reduce rework & Rejections Cost saving CTC :- 3 TO 5 LPA Academic Qualifications: Bachelor / Diploma in Paint Technology Work Experience & Skills: 2 TO 5 Years in Powder Coating Department & Liquid paint plant Team Player Good Communication Skills Positive time Management SAP Knowledge Language Fluency: Proficiency in English and Hindi knowledge, Both Oral and written. Personality Type Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
