Key Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Regional/zonal commercial all claims i.e Fire, Eng, Marine & Misc pertaining to Corporate & retail business group
Key KPIs:
1) Settlement ratio- Claims disposal
2) Overall TAT
3) Audit compliance
4) Grievance resolution as per company standard. Ensuring quality claims servicing to customers as per company norms/philosophy
Leading the team & guiding on technical & non-technical aspects related to claims management
Around 15 to 20 years of working experience in non-motor claims having direct exposure to large claims handling in Fire ,Eng/marine, Misc line of business
