Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience and qualification. Build & sustain the network of potential candidates and maintain the database as per the skills, experience and location.Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in US. Develop action plans/ recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.Responsible for achieving a positive conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
