n Role Overview
nWe are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive
nwith a strong background in the Education Technology sector. The ideal candidate should
nhave a proven track record of working with schools, colleges, universities, and educational
ninstitutions, along with an established network across Kerala and South India.
nThe role involves driving business growth, building strategic relationships with educational
ninstitutions, and promoting UWR's portfolio of Robotics, AI, STEM, and Future Skills
nsolutions.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n Identify and develop recent business opportunities within schools, colleges,
nuniversities, and educational groups.




n Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including
nManagement, Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Academic Leaders.
n Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and consultative discussions with
nprospective institutions.
n Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
n Develop and execute territory-wise business development strategies across Kerala
nand South India.
n Represent the organization at educational conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and
nnetworking events.
n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
nof solutions.
n Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve defined business objectives.
n Gather market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends, competition, and
ncustomer requirements.
