Role Summary
nThe Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and Tally ERP/Tally Prime, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.n
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.n
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting schedules.n
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities, including timely filing of returns.n
- Prepare vendor and customer reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.n
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.n
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation.n




- Monitor receivables and payables to ensure smooth cash flow management.n
- Process journal entries, expense accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.n
- Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, HR, and Operations teams for finance-related activities.n
- Support process improvements and maintain proper financial documentation.n
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.n

nQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom), Finance, or Accounting.n
- MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.n
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.n
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.n
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.n
