nOur Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital workplace, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
nWe’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence.

- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statementsn
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teamsn
- Steering retail payment products through the complex regulatory landscapen
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curven
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail payment offeringsn
