Position
Rubber Technologist
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize rubber compounds for conveyor belt applications.
Design and improve cover, skim, cushion, and specialty rubber formulations.
Lead new product development and process optimization initiatives.
Analyze product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS, DIN, ISO, RMA, and customer specifications.
Support production, quality assurance, and technical services in achieving process and product excellence.




Drive continuous improvement in product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization.
Eligibility CriteriaOption 1
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./Ph.D. in any of the following disciplines:
Rubber Technology
Polymer Science & Rubber Technology
Polymer Science & Technology
Polymer Science & Engineering
Polymer Technology
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Conveyor Belt, Tyre, or Transmission Belt Industry.
OROption 2
M.Sc. in:
Polymer Science
Polymer Chemistry
Industrial Polymer Chemistry
Chemistry with Specialization in Organic Chemistry
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Conveyor Belt, Tyre, or Transmission Belt Industry.
Mandatory Certification in Rubber Technology from a reputed institute such as:
IIT Kharagpur
Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA)
Rubber Research Institute of India (RRII), Kottayam
ARDL
LRCCP
Smithers
UNESCO-supported Rubber
