About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in corporate outings, corporate events,, employee engagement programs, and experiential events.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new corporate accounts, generating leads, converting business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients across Mumbai.

Relevant experience in corporate outings/events is mandatory. Candidates from unrelated sales industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current corporate clients across Mumbai.
- Generate B2B leads through networking, references, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and existing industry connections.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Employee Engagement,



Marketing, and Corporate Procurement teams.
- Understand client requirements for corporate outings, team-building activities, annual celebrations, offsites, conferences, and employee engagement programs.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, packages, and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to the operations team.
- Develop repeat business and maintain long-term corporate accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and event execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups, proposals, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new venues, experiences, activities, and event opportunities suitable for corporate clients.
