We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to support the growth of a fast-growing industrial solutions business focused on advanced corrosion protection technologies for industrial metal structures.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with industrial clients, understanding their asset protection and maintenance challenges, and positioning innovative coating solutions that can extend asset life and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industrial markets.
Prospect potential customers through research, networking, referrals, outbound communication, and industry connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements, asset maintenance challenges,



and corrosion protection needs.
Present and explain technical solutions in a explicit and commercially compelling manner.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site discussions, and follow-ups as required.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and other internal teams to develop appropriate customer solutions.
Track sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and conversion progress.
Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales cycle.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, customer requirements, and emerging market opportunities.
Support customer onboarding and maintain relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
